Module 2 - Alma Training: Working the Circ Desk (Part 1) In-Person
Prerequisite: Overview, Searching and Basic User Management Session (Module 1)
In this session we’ll look at common circulation desk activities: loans and renewals, returns, and some aspects of patron management. We’ll demonstrate the basic scenarios as well as potential variations you may encounter in ‘real life’.
