Beginners welcome! Yin Yoga is very relaxing. We supply mats, water, and snacks. Arrive early and wear comfortable clothes.

Art Therapy, Pioche Room

Come chill with some good music, play doh, and paint. Register. Drop in any time from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
