Beginners' Idea Bridge: Viability of a Trademark In-Person
Learn how to identify confusingly similar trademarks, evaluate trademark strength, and search the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) database. Through interactive activities, you'll build the skills to assess trademarks and better understand how they are selected, protected, and used in the marketplace.
