Every day, we're inundated with news stories about the latest research study on healthy and unhealthy foods, fad diets, diseases, and other health trends. It can be contradictory, confusing, and information overload for anyone who reads or watches health news. This workshop will help you learn how to critically analyze news reports, discover resources to help you understand your own health, and learn about the statistics that can cause confusion (no math degree required!).
