Difficult Conversations: How They Can Be Less Painful and More Productive In-Person
This interactive workshop focuses on difficult conversations; first, by exploring what makes them difficult; next, by discussing options for making them less painful and more productive; and finally, by exploring techniques for having difficult conversations in an interactive role play exercise.
The conversation will be lead by David G. Schwartz, UNLV Ombuds.
