Preparing to Vote: Researching Ballot Questions and Local Candidates for Beginners In-Person
During an election cycle, we tend to be more focused on the big-name candidates and can sometimes forget that there are also local issues on the ballot. It can be overwhelming to sift through the mass amounts of information surrounding ballot issues and local candidates.
Join us to discuss some of the issues that will be on the Nevada ballot in November and identify strategies to learn more about them.
This event is hosted in partnership with the Leadership Education Development team during National Voter Education Week. Light refreshments will be provided.
