Welcome to the University Libraries Production Studios! All production spaces follow the hours of Lied Library. You must have a valid ACE login to access the equipment and software in these rooms. UNLV students, faculty, and staff are welcome to reserve these spaces in adherence to the terms and conditions below. Production spaces are intended for those creating, editing, or transferring media. You will be asked to forfeit your reservation and leave the space if you are using these rooms for reasons other than those listed. 

For general help with technology please visit the Computer Help Desk on the first floor of Lied Library adjacent to the escalator. For more in-depth assistance with software and hardware, please schedule a technology consultation.

Terms and Conditions 

• Multimedia Production Studio reservations are available to UNLV students, faculty and staff and require a valid ACE account.

• Make reservations using the reservation calendar. Library staff cannot make or modify a reservation or provide reservation details.

• Priority is given to those working on multimedia projects. 

• You must use a valid ACE account to make a reservation.

• Reservation options begins on the hour for periods ranging from 1 to 3 hours.

• Rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance but users may have only one active reservation in the system at a time.

• There is a 15-minute grace period for reservation arrival before the space becomes available for other users.

• UNLV students, faculty, and staff are welcome to reserve these spaces in adherence to University Libraries Multimedia Production Studio Guidelines.
