Beginning on the half hour (:00, :30)
Grace period
15 minutes. Then room becomes available for other groups

Cancel/modify a reservation

  • To cancel a room reservation, click the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
  • Submitted room reservations cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, cancel the reservation and create a new one.
